LF: Handyman - to do minor home revoations

Had an upstairs shower leak into a main floor ceiling. Need to retile the shower and repair the ceiling - will also do a few other jobs while we are at it.

Guessing like $8 - $10k job if anyone knows someone that would be great. Thanks!

I'm looking to sell my house within the next year (I'll talk to you at tax time about this! ). There are a few things I'm looking to fix up before listing, fixing some tile flooring, baseboards replacements, general patching/painting, etc.
