I find Philly really difficult to hate as they are the closest thing in the NHL to a mirror image of Calgary. The biggest difference today being the fact that Calgary fans replace the ruthlessness and swagger of Philly fans with a more reserved, respectful disposition.

But they know all about having a chip on their shoulder and hating on the bigger fish.

Disliked them since the Broad Street Bullies, disliked Clarke for his cheap shots including in 72 series, thought Richards and Carter were annoying AF, never liked Lindros. They drafted Steve Downie.

I kinda liked Propp and Kerr.

I'm a big fan of the Capitals who haven't had a lot of success vs the Pens when they meet in the playoffs. I think it's something like 10 or 11 meetings and the Pens have won 9 of them, so they've always been high on my list of most hated teams, perhaps only the Rags are higher when it comes to american teams.
