The Dallas Stars.
Stole their team from the hockey loving Minnesotans, and pre-cap was one of those big American markets that was "the best team money can buy!" taking stars from small market Canadian teams.
The NHL would talk about "great run franchises" as though having 80 million dollars in the budget wouldn't make any difference. Detroit, Colorado, St Louis. Yeah, Calgary was just dying to trade Al MacIniss for Phil freaking Housley. Oooh, let's send Vernon for Chaisson!
Anyway - there's no natural ice in Dallas, so they especially don't deserve hockey. They might not be quite as racist as Montreal fans, but they still suck.
Also, Hull was in the crease, so their single cup has an astrix next to it.

The Hawks for me as well. The Kyle Beach thing, the Marian Hossa skin allergy, and the blatant help they got from the league on drafting 1st overalls make me irate.

Now we're into the territory of teams I hold no particular grudge against because of anything specifically related to the Flames, so it's just general vibes of the team going forward.
I feel like recent history has dulled our hatred towards San Jose, but other than trading Kiprusoff, they've contributed nothing to the betterment of the NHL.

Can maybe clump it a bit. If there are 2-4 teams (like now) that are way ahead of the rest just throw them in order of votes in the order.
