Default Calgarypuck Prospect Ranking 2025 - Round 28

Welcome to the annual Calgarypuck Prospect Poll!

As per usual ...

1. Rank the prospects as you like. Upside, chances, or trade value
2. I will try and do one a day which should get us to mid to late August
3. Graduates and/or runoffs will be determined in each case
4. Please don't complain that the polls are going to deep. We go until all the prospects are ranked, so don't vote if you don't want to.

I still have a Laing, Lane and a lotto ticket with Matveiko to get to 30 prospects. I know it has been mentioned previously, but man is it exciting to still be engaged at this point still actively picking rather than randomly selecting a radial button.

I think it’s time to vote for Parker Bell. Really liked his game for the Wranglers last season. I think he has a legitimate chance to earn some call up time and prove himself, if he continues to develop and push.

I agree with Parker Bell from my limited time watching the Wranglers last year.

The "plucked from obscurity" Yan Matveiko.

Parker Bell is interesting too, I may vote for him next.

IMO Lucas Ciona far and away most likely to get NHL time in the future.

I tend to vote more on upside, than likelihood to make the league.

I have Lane, followed by Laing, Matveiko, Ciona.

I agree, I’m a fan of his- with his size (6’5”) and skating, he has an advantage over most in that he could potentially play a bottom-6 role effectively.

I’ve been voting for Lane for the last half dozen rounds though.
