Wasn't he the kid that was on the "Dont' Draft List"? Or am I getting his named confused with someone else?

Price must be pretty steep I would think. Mailloux was looking to break out, IMO. Would be a guy I'd love the Flames to have targeted, depending on price.

That's him. He even removed himself from the draft but Montreal still drafted him. He took a photo of a girl and him in a sexual activity then shared it with teammates. Unfortunately something that happens often I'm sure but still gross behaviour.

MMF is the tough as nails cop that "plays by his own rules". The force keeps suspending him when he crosses the line but he keeps coming back and then cracks a big case.

Bolduc was the 17th OA pick in 2021. Mailloux was the 31st OA pick in 2021

Bolduc was close to 20 goal scorer in his first full NHL season
pretty good hockey deal both ways

Bolduc has progressed quite nicely. Mailloux definitely seemed to fall out of favour in Montreal.

Yeah Bolduc is more proven at the NHL level and had a good season last year, but Mailloux is the harder position to fill.

Would probably take St Louis out of any Andersson interest though

makes sense for the Habs when you have Dobson and Reinbacher at RHD long-term to flip Mailloux for a forward ... ridding yourself of the baggage that might still be attached to Maillouxs name is a bonus.

Seems pretty fair. I think Bolduc tops out as a 3C and Mailloux as a 4. Good hockey trade
