Bet this comes in fairly team friendly ala Tavares. Can't help but be envious of how things are going down there.
I still remember Tkachuk's presser where he's talking about bringing the cup to FLA and thinking "ya, we'll see." I guess I have seen now :P
Silver lining obviously being who they beat twice now, so it's not all bad news haha.

If Andersson is committed to playing hardball and announcing it’s Vegas or nothing, then the Flames give up significant leverage in their discussions with any team. Not sure Ekblad being off the market really moves the needle on those discussions when the return is likely the same kind of lowball offers across the board.
I guess we’ll see but I suspect this is a nothing burger for us and the Anderson conversation.
