NCAA Prospects 25/26
(h/t getback)
The NCAA rule changes have certainly shaken things up for next season.
By my count, these are the Flames prospects who will be in the NCAA:
Littler (R7 2022) Sophomore North Dakota
Lipinski (R4 2023) Freshman Maine
Mews (R3 2024) Freshman Michigan
Hoskin (R4 2024) Sophomore Merrimack (transfer from Niagara)
Misa (R5 2024) Freshman Penn State
Jamieson (R6 2024) Freshman Denver
Reschny (R1 2025) Freshman North Dakota
Potter (R1 2025) Sophomore Arizona State
Lane (R6 2025) Freshman Harvard
Wyttenbach (R5 2025) Freshman Quinnipiac
Also, Phillips (R3 2025) is committed to Minnesota but is expected to play one more year of junior before starting college in the fall of 2026.

Sigalet said the Flames are working hard to get Yegor Yegorov out of his contract and over to North America this year, either USHL or NCAA.
They thought about doing the same with Kirill Zarubin. There is a lot of NCAA interest, but his English is not very good yet, so they are waiting 1 year.

I might need some kind of subscription for college hockey this season with so many guys in college this year.
Whats the best way to watch NCAA hockey in Canada?

Mentioned that he also knows Matt Coronato and trains with him, and is excited that there may one day be a chance to play with him in Calgary. He also talked about the move from Long Island to Sioux Falls, which was obviously a change in culture, but that he really enjoyed the change. When asked what he knew about Calgary, he was completely honest and said not much, but he couldn't wait to get out and explore.

Should be two top ranked teams playing outdoors at Penn State on Jan31st.
Mckenna, Misa, Smith, Fink, Cerrato vs Martone, Lindstrom, Stramel, Lee, Nilson, Vansaghi, Augustine.
Beaver Stadium holds >106K; with all the star power, this could be the highest attended outdoor hockey game ever

North Dakota, Arizona and Denver home games and conference games can be seen with on NCHC.TV ($120 annual)
Michigan, Penn State and Michigan State home games and conference games can be seen on the Big 10+ ($90 annual)
Harvard, Quinnipiac, Maine and Merrimack games can be seen on ESPN+
All are subscription. I have an ESPN+ subscription which doesn't work when I'm in Calgary. Don't know about the other two services
