Back to back games with heavy influence from the officials. What a league.

Thank Vladar and Zary for that point.

The refereeing this year just seem way off than most years.

Weegar is practically a timezone away from the bench when his replacement is getting into the play. It's a lame call, but legitimate.

Two things.

1. Vladar is playing really really well.

2. I hate the decisions that Huberdeau makes with the puck.

Why would the lineman think he needed to make that call in overtime??

It’s a textbook call. I don’t know why anyone is upset. Possession only matters in some situations. Stopping a breakaway by leaving when the 4th guy is 25 feet away is one of the situations where possession is irrelevant.

1. That linesman has gambling debts.

It’s not legitimate when they call it nearly 6-8 seconds after that though, and only once the puck is turned the other way.

Legit by the rulebook call but when was the last time you saw that called in 3 on 3 OT? Just odd

Why not? Delayed penalties not a thing anymore? Detroit still had a rush. They should be granted the opportunity to try and score.

That blew and while I hate the call, you can’t skate to the bench like that in OT.

Must be a big rush for a linesman to call a penalty. #######.

Weegar was coasting the whole way to the bench. If he hustled back, it wouldn’t have looked as bad.
