I'm going to a Thanksgiving dinner on Sunday and every family is bringing a dish or two. I'm responsible for a veggie dish and/or mashed potatoes. Does anyone know where I can get fresh, ready-to-eat options that would feed 14 people. Preferably in the SW.

You know...I think I got a really good tub of potato salad from Co-Op. Does it it have to be a hot dish?

If you thought this season would have a happy ending, you haven't been paying attention.
I think this is the best option so far. They have a pretty good choice of items. I looked at Costco, Co-op and Sobeys but they only had lots of cold options and not a lot of hot food.
I showed up at an event with a loaf of wonder bread a jar of cheese whiz and a package of baloney. Then arranged it on a serving dish, for a work event potluck.
I did it as a joke, but was surprised when it was completely gone at the end of the event.

Head to Superstore or Walmart and buy the Reser's Main St. Mashed Potatoes. Best pre-made I have had, better than I could make myself. Highly recommend, they are our go-to now as opposed to making mashed.
Just out of curiosity, is it a time issue? Because some roast carrots and mashed potatoes is just about the easiest thing possible.
IMO the easiest veggie dish by far is boiled peas and corn (separately) with some butter, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Just buy packs of the frozen stuff. Boiling water is the most time consuming part.
Easier than boiled potatoes, yam, turnips, carrots, roasted veggies etc. Once it's warm you're good to go. Potatoes take a while to soften.
