I imagine most, if not all the new draft picks will be there plus whatever undrafted kids are invited.

Pascal and Edwards have a list and making calls to undrafted prospects to invite to dev camp

Hopefully they're giving Bogdans Hodass or Niks Fenekos a call. Both looked great at the WJC for Latvia, both went undrafted despite being ranked ranked by central scouting in their draft years, and both have solid numbers in the CHL.

The hell? I assumed he was drafted in the middle rounds. Oh well 2 team mates might give us an edge to get him...

Still shocked he didn't get drafted. There were players with more warts than him, that got drafted. Even some in earlier rounds. Hope we invite him.

In the later stages of the draft, teams would be wise to take a chance on Donovan McCoy. A physical defenceman that plays a simple game, he was a valuable piece all season for the Peterborough Petes on their run to the Memorial Cup this year. The hope now is that his strong play throughout the playoffs and tournament will lead to his name being called at the 2023 NHL Entry Draft.

With the lack of picks from 2022 and the lack of signings from the 2021 draft the Flames need to turn over every rock to find some talent and stock the system. Hopefully some signings come out of the invites.

they missed the chance to sign Chris Sedoff last summer; hope they stay on top of the invited prospects

Sedoff was only the most recent one; Flames have had future NHLers in their dev camp before only to lose them to other teams

I like this kid. He had a bit of a coming out party in the playoffs. Here's my write-up:

-RHD Donovan McCoy is a 6'1",201lb two-way player, with an emphasis on the defensive end of the ice. 13 points, to go with 76 PIMs, in 65 games for the OHL Champions, the Peterborough Petes. He added an impressive 10 points in 22 playoff games, along with a plus-12, to lead the Petes defense in both categories- amazing. We may be talking about a player who will be taken in the first half of the draft. McCoy isn't the fastest player, but his stride is smooth and fluid. He's very physical, both along the boards and in open-ice, but he's smart about not sacrificing his positioning to throw a big hit. He moves well enough to keep good gaps on attackers, but he also has the size and reach to disrupt the play and turn it into breakouts. McCoy is a smart puck-mover, and actually has offensive skill that he managed to show in the playoffs- according to Elite Prospects, he's one of the OHL's top draft-eligible players by tracking data, which indicates that there's much more than meets the eye, and much more offense to come. He showed glimpses of his offensive awareness and playmaking ability in the regular season, but he may have turned a corner in the playoffs.
