The worst? He's actually the only good mascot. There is Harvey and the rest are glorified Party Clowns.

Even if by some weird alternate reality, Harvey was bad and we just didn't realize it. It would still be the second worst, has no one seen that monstrosity the Kraken just revealed. Come on!

I have always liked Harvey but I must say he seems less involved than before. I recall he would spend a lot of time hanging on and around the glass. Maybe the current occupant of the Harvey persona isn't as acrobatic/agile or rules have changed making him less able to entertain as before.

My son had the chance to get a picture with Harvey. He was nervous. He finally looked at me and said I can't , I'm allergic to dogs. Truth is he has animal allergies but that reasoning is a win.

In the mid 90's I took my 8 or 9 year daughter to a Flames-Oilers game, Great game, Flames won 6-2 or something, on the way home I said, "fun game huh?, who's your favourite player?"
She said,yeah that was fun dad, I like Harvey the best

Best, worst? That's a matter of taste.
But scariest? He is easily among the least scary. No poll worth any value at all could rank him near the scariest.
Same for obnoxious. Most nights, I never even SEE Harvey, never mind notice him, never mind actually find him obnoxious. Like the scary voting, simply not possible.
I think Harvey is long past his best before date, and I think they need to do something new and fresh, so I am n fan of Harvey at all. But these poll results are just wrong.
