Default Calgary Flames VS Nashville Predators 7 PM MT; SN360

Let’s keep the good times rolling!

Go Flames Go!!

https://www.google.ca/amp/s/calgarys...473a34599/amp/

Quote:
CAN THEY KEEP THE STREAK ALIVE?
The Flames continued their winning ways with Saturday’s 4-0 win over Philadelphia to kick off a five-game homestand. All good things come to an end, but head coach Darryl Sutter has been setting the bar high for this group and challenging them to be better each game. With a six-game win streak at stake, it’ll be worth tuning in to see if the Flames can keep this party going and if netminder Jacob Markstrom can post another shutout.
Projected lineups

FLAMES Forwards

Johnny Gaudreau — Elias Lindholm — Matthew Tkachuk

Blake Coleman — Mikael Backlund — Tyler Pitlick

Andrew Mangiapane — Dillon Dube — Brett Ritchie

Milan Lucic — Sean Monahan — Trevor Lewis

Oliver Kylington — Chris Tanev

Juuso Valimaki — Erik Gudbranson

Ekholm — Carrier

Borowiecki — Benning

PREDATORS Goalies

I'd be curious to know how often Calgary get teams on the 2nd night of a b2b vs Edmonton. Must be even?

If I remember correctly it always favours the Grease. That could just be my hatred for all things Oilers though.

Almost never I believe. Flames get their back to back of tired teams flying in from Vancouver usually.

Going to the first game at the Dome in almost 2 years! Pretty stoked to watch the boys in red live. Let's go Flames!

Calgary 14.

Edmonton 8.

Edmonton lowest in entire NHL and they sit alone at 8.

Edit: sorry, these are how many b2b they play not if they're playing a tired team on a b2b.

It's been a while since I've looked at the Preds roster. Wow. Almost a complete teardown since their Cup final roster. Lots of no names and whatnot.

Still, Sutter won't let the Flames take them lightly. Here's to a good game and onward to 7 in a row. Need to skip over those filthy 0ilers again and put some distance between them.

Preds have won 3 in a row, so this won't be an easy game. I doubt Sutter would allow the Flames to get complacent, so hopefully he has them ready for another full 60 minute effort.

Here's hoping we absolutely embarrass them tonight so that the Preds will be good and angry going into Edmonton tomorrow.

Is Rittich out of COVID protocol (OP says no)? Would he start? Could be fun.

I hope Ritter is at least on the bench. Would be good to get a welcome back Ritter moment at the dome tonight.

Should be a good game and some hot players on both sides. I think the Flames will make it 7 straight though.

Go Flames!

Looks like Montreal (+7) and Edmonton (+6) and Chicago (+6) are topping this list for their easy back to back schedules. I understand that from year to year the schedule must be fluid and that because of conflicts, one might get an easier schedule one season, but excluding last year because of the unique circumstances, I would expect things to even out, BUT it seems like Edmonton is always on the top of this list.

Let's see how the Flames do against another team which is playing well. I think the Flames have a good chance in this one.

Monahan with another two point night, and Mang scores again.
