Default Tom Webster Has Passed Away

A great hockey man. Stood up for Mark Giordano when many others didn't.

Man, I cant remember which draft year video it was but time Webster made a HUGE stink for a player recently. Was it Mangipane or Andersson, and he got to call the name of another player he went to bat for.

They gave him a standing O as well I think on his retirement announcement at the draft as well.

I think that was Tom.

Webster announced Auston Carroll's selection in 2014, as he was retiring. Carroll was a WHL kid so it's unlikely it was anything but ceremony for a respected hockey man.

RIP Tom. One of the more familiar scouts.
