Per GM Brad Treliving: Mark Giordano has skated on his own the last two days. Still no definitive timeline on a return.
Hamonic a little further away, still classified as week-to-week. Says team fully expects both to return this season. #Flames

Great news. Mark Giordano started skating a couple of days ago and will travel with #Flames on Saturday for five-game, nine-day road trip. Brad Treliving just told us he wouldn’t be making the trip if there wasn’t a chance that he could play.

I know it means "skating without the team" but "now skating on his own always conjures up Gio being held up by his dad or using a skating assist until just the other day.

How did he even skate if there was no one on the ice to knee?
