Anyone have one of these? I picked one up a couple of weeks ago on Amazon and it is seriously cool. Their little catch phrase is: Sit. Elevate. Eliminate. It really is that simple. It lines your body up better for an instant evacuation of your bowels. You feel totally empty when you're done doing your business. There may even be a little more spring in my step as I'm feeling lighter than ever.

I usually prop my feet up on a couple of empty bottles of Metamucil to get that elevated feel.
