More like the dispute at the dome.
One would hope that this game brings out the best in both clubs, but I expect nothing of the sort. The Flames checked out 2 weeks ago, the Oilers dont look like they care about much of anything.
If this was 25-30 years ago, you could be assured there would be blood spilled at every turn. Literally. Didn't matter what was going on standings wise, these two teams had a genuine and tangible hate for each other. Now? These guys will hang out together in Hawaii in a couple weeks.
I hope I am dead wrong as I will invest my 2 1/2 hours to watch...after giving away tickets to be there in person.

Christo, I'm probably not going to bother with this one tonight.
A Flames team that's packed it in, is missing 2 of their top 6 impact forwards and two top four defensemen.
Yeah, unless the Flames find a reason to fight, this one is probably going to be ugly.
I don't watch ugly.
Lets be clear, this is a battle of two bad franchises as well.

This is one of the better seasons in recent Oilers history, I wouldn’t blame them from still being excited. I mean, they are only 18 points out of a playoff spot, they are used to being 30 points out at this time of year.
