Golf begins at 4:00, David Hearn tees off at 4:44. Graham DeLaet tees off at 6:06. The finally grouping of Justin Rose, Henrik Stenson, and Marcus Fraser tee off 7:39.

At 6:30 the Women's Marathon begins. Canadian women have qualified for the first time since 1996 for the competition. Krista Duchene and Lanni Marchant run for Canada.

Starting at 8 the Preliminary Free Routines for the Women's Duets begin in Synchronized Swimming. Karine Thomas and Jacqueline Simoneau, gold medalists at last year's Pan Am Games compete for Canada.

Scheduled to start at 11:47 is the Women's Vault Final in Artistic Gymnastics. 16 year old Shallon Olsen competes for Canada.

At 13:00 Pamela Ware and Jennifer Abel begin the finals of the Women's 3m Springboard Final.

Also beginning at 13:00 the Qualifications for the Women's Track Sprint begin in Cycling. Calgarians Kate O'Brien and Monique Sullivan are racing for Canada. Sullivan is the 2015 Pan Am Gold Medalist, O'Brien the Pan Am Silver Medalist.

Michelle Li plays her second badminton match, scheduled to start at 8:15.

Also scheduled for 8:15 is the first match for Ariane Fortin in the Women's Middleweight Boxing category. Fortin won a Bronze Medal at the 2015 Pan Am Games, and a Silver Medal at the 2014 Commonwealth Games.

Scheduled for 14:00 Bansley and Pavan play their quarterfinal match against an undefeated German team on the beach.

At 14:45 Canada's Women's Basketball team tries to rebound from their loss to the US against Spain.

Arthur "The Chechen Wolf" Biyarslanov takes on a German fighter in the Round of 16 of the Men's Light Welterweight competition at 15:45.

The Qualifications for the Men's High Jump begin at 17:30. Derek Drouin who won a Bronze Medal in a 3 way tie in London jumps in Group 2. Michael Mason, who placed 8th in London, and won a Silver Medal at last year's Pan Am Games also jumps for Canada.

At 17:42 Edmonton's Carline Muir will run in Lane 7 of second Hear for the Women's 400m Semifinal.

Everyone be sure to be in front of a screen for 18:07 as Andre De Grasse will run in Heat 2 of the 100m semifinal. As Andre runs in Lane 5, Usain Bolt will be right next to him in Lane 6.

Scheduled for 19:00 is the final for the Men's 400m.

At 19:25, it's here. The main event. All of the drama of March Madness and all of the spectacle of the Super Bowl in under a minute. The most exciting 10 seconds in sports. The Men's 100m Final.

Definitely am looking forward to the mens 100m Final. Hoping for a Bolt win, however it would be cool to see Andre De grasse on the podium with a silver or bronze.

2 Kenyans
2 Ethiopians
2 Bahrainis
2 Americans
And 1 Belorussians

That was not the correct decision. Once again boxing judges get it wrong.
The Kazahk landed next to no solid punches of any quality.
