Thumbs up Crystal Pepsi is coming back July 11th!

Bigger news than all the NHL trades combined!!!

The soda will start to hit shelves on July 11 in Canada and Aug. 8 in the U.S., with the retail push focusing on 20-ounce bottles that will retail for $1.79.
My romanticized memory will no doubt be crushed when it turns out that it actually tastes like nail polish remover, but I'm excited nonetheless.

It sort of tasted like Pepsi and was clear. That's pretty much it.

I hope they bring back the Van Halen song in the commercials.

Hmm, it's a start but they have a long way to go to apologize for Ginger Pepsi. Bring back Wildcherry Pepsi while you are it.

Colas are artificially coloured with "Caramel Colouring". Otherwise they are naturally clear. Theoretically Crystal Clear Pepsi should taste the exact same as regular Pepsi, but they've probably altered the recipe slightly, just like they did for the other variants.

Regardless of taste, this product goes down for having the most 90s commercials ever.

Crystal Clear Gravy is also a classic SNL skit.

Spoken like someone who has never consumed Crystal Pepsi before.

Plus, Sprite is a Coca-Cola product.

I wonder what effect this will have on the price of vintage Crystal Clear Pepsi...Stuff sells for about $50 a bottle on ebay right now...A lot of it has more of a brown hue. There's also some hilarious vidoes of people drinking really old cola and getting sick on YouTube.

There are several classic beverages I'd rather see make a comeback than Crystal Pepsi. Whippersnapples and Orbitz would be at the top of the list.

It's telling of how good crystal Pepsi was when the first thing that comes to mind is that SNL commercial spoof.

I will 100% be buying some. But I hope they also have a diet version. The sugar rush from regular pop makes me sick.

Would a re-introduction of the right here, right now mean that David lee roth would become relevant again?

I remember it tasting more like Diet Pepsi than regular Pepsi. I don't know why though!
