Need Suggestions - Offline Data Collection App
I'm looking for an app to install on a tablet.
It needs to be able to operate offline. This is very important.
It will be used to input peoples answers to 3-4 survey questions, then collect their contact info, and have them sign their name as well. Speed and ease of use is also important.
Then, when on wi-fi, the data collected offline would populate a spreadsheet of some sort and be editable and able to be saved.
Any suggestions?
