According to Jim Matheson, Sergei Kostitsyn will be at the Calgary Flames’ training camp on a PTO.

Randy Sportak @SUNRandySportak
On #Flames and Kostitsyn. They talked to Sergei (my bad, not Andrei) about a PTO, but that was a while back before he signed in the KHL.

Got no problems with PTOs. Literally no risk, and if it forces guys to chin the bar at camp, I'm all for it.
