You'd think anyone under contract will come up as a Black Ace. I'm not sure how it works with Morrison and Hathaway though.

Morrison cannot that is for sure. His ELC only kicks in next year and is currently on an ATO for Addy. I beileve it is the same situation in regards to HAthaway, as he is on an AHL deal this year and his ELC kicks in next year.
