[OOT] March 28th, the day that the OOT stopped screwing us!
It was the day where the Stars beat the Canucks and the wild beat the Kings.
Oh and there were a bunch of morning games that I'm sure hwyman will tell us about
Ps make your wagers now betting on the Kings and the stars to jinx them please.

Kings definitely win tonight, there is zero chance of them losing. Zero. No chance. They got this in the bag. Gretzky's Daughter.

Johnathan Quick is so durable! There's no way he has a season-ending injury tonight.

There's just no possible way the Canucks can lose vs a Stars team that just got pwned by the Oilers!

Remember The Simpsons softball episode? It's completely implausible that a similar set of unlikely, unfortunate events will occur to the Kings top players.

I thought it was bad when we missed the playoffs every year but would have had enough points in the east to make it. Now it looks like we're setting the record for most points while missing the playoffs. The rampant tanking seems to have had an interesting effect. It pushed so many points upwards that it is helping make a record for best team to miss the playoffs. Never even considered that a possibility but I also never considered there would be a division's worth of teams playing so badly, so consistently either. I have no doubt in my mind that 92-94 points will be enough to make the playoffs next year, and we'll be there but it's really looking like there's too many factors at play working against us this year.
Also, I wonder if a team has ever missed the playoffs with a +20 goal differential before? Looks like we could have a couple really strange records by the time it's all said and done.
Sorry if this comes off negative, I am sleep deprived and coming apart at the seams. Baby. Just. Won't. Sleep.

lol, it's nice that Nashville is heating back up just in time to play us. Looks like they'll win their 4th in a row.
It's like we are being punished for something.

To be fair, so much has gone our way so many times that this seems almost inevitable.

Tuukka Rask pulled himself 10 seconds into the second period. Nobody knows why, but speculation from NESN is illness.

After losing 9 of 11 games (including 2 losses to Minnesota, and one each to San Jose and Winnipeg), the Predators have re-found their game and have now won 4 in a row (and Forsberg is back ahead of Gaudreau in the rookie scoring race).
Great. Just great.

Praise Allah - may most wonderful glorious success be begot upon the Minnesota Wild and Mohammad's choice - the Dallas Stars. May he smite the Kings of Los Angeles and the Vancouverite Canucks through a holy intifadah and jihad. Allah Akbar

They could have been early on, but, Svedberg played well and the Bruins won 4-2.
