Default laptop won't connect to wifi

Here's a bit of an odd one.

I have 3 different laptops, and they are able to connect to the wifi. However, just recently the one won't connect properly and when it does it only stays active for seconds before dropping off again. I troubleshoot it, it fixes it for seconds, but won't stay for more than a minute before having to repeat the process. The other two are perfectly able to stay on it continuously. I do have a repeater set up as well. Could that be interfering or is it something locally?

All three are on windows 8.1.

Any ideas?

Are all computers on at different times? Maybe conflicting IP addresses, ie) laptop #1 and #3 are both assigned 192.168.0.2 by the router and repeater? Maybe check the router that each of the laptops has a reserved ip, and that the laptops aren't set up to have static addresses. You could turn off the repeater and see if the computer connects with your main router.

Short of that... Maybe some odd power saving settings got enabled. If it's a flakey power supply it might turn off wifi whenever it thinks it's switching to battery.
