Dumb Question? Canadian hosted Drop Box?

Like most of my tech questions, the answer to this is probably really obvious but I thought i'd ask anyways.

For work I need to use a drop box type system where I load documents and people can then go in, download them, print, etc. I need it to be secure and I need it to be Canadian based. Any backup also needs to be Canadian based as well.

I've looked at Drop Box.com and it is US based so i was wondering what the solutions are. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Does Q9 offer something like that? I would think so; just that it wouldn't be free like Dropbox.
