Short Term Rental Help

Hey guys!

I am getting married this summer, and will have family visiting from out of town for the occasion. I was wondering if any of you would be open to the idea of (or know someone who would be open to) renting out your house or apartment for either a couple of weeks or for the month of August, if you are (or plan to be) out of town. I am looking for homes around Lake Chaparral, since that is where we live. Summer ends up being the season for many people to travel or vacation. With the way the economy is currently, that rental can even help the person pay for their trip!

The guests will mainly be using the property for sleeping. We will get professional cleaning and maintenance done during the stretch and will take good care of the property. I can also provide references, as necessary.

I use Airbnb for short term rentals when I travel. Never had a problem.

Thanks guys! Will keep checking those sites. The main concern ends up being most of the properties I have seen listed are in the north or in downtown.

I would prefer something close to lake chaparral.

Try google search executive rental (short term furnished apartments). Since this is in the summer you may want to look at Mount Royal University Guest and Visitor housing. U of C has something similar but that is in the NW.
