Flames fall to Panthers 6-5
Backs, Colborne and Jones were easily our best forwards tonight.
The most frustrating part of this team right now (aside from Byron not being able to finish his breakaways) is the PP. Watching other teams, they seem to work it a bit lower and have a nice cycle. Our PP is so obvious - feed the point and shoot.
With how few penalties we take and the powerplays our speed generates, we should be placing much more emphasis on the PP. NYI, Detroit & tonight are all wins if we can get that PP % higher.

Bad time to play your worst game of the season as they have to go to Vancouver tomorrow and haven't beaten them in over a season. They are trending down fast and the Avs are moving up fast.

Wasted 2 points given the goalie they put out against us.
Flames were extremely sloppy but should win against a goalie like Montoya who is pretty brutal. Hiller was unfortunately worse.
So frustrating.
