Hmm, I lived in the Bella Citta building in a 1 bedroom + den from 2005-2008 (~850sf). Impressed that the condo fees for this studio are only at $240, back then my condo fees were $276 a month. Not sure what the studios were at the time, basing it on square footage they were probably close to $171.
My parents lived in this building (also on the top floor) up until last spring. They absolutely loved it; it was really well run, clean, and obviously a fantastic location.

We lived in an identical (potentially exact same) unit at Bella Citta from 2012-2014. Just rented but I know condo fees were nearly $400/month at that time.
I have a car wash bay in my condo but somebody (probably a renter and not an owner) keeps stealing the hoses and damaging the tools. Condo board had to remove it all and now it's bring your own which sucks.
I wouldn't even care if they stuck a pay machine up and you had to pay to use it (if I had one). The convenience of not waiting in line for 45 minutes or being able to hose the car down on those wet days or wash it when its -30 outside and it never sees the cold until it is dry the following day. The list goes on!
