As per request, a tough category to whittle down, especially with all the excellent additions since Pixar came into view. Do your best. I don't think there's really a wrong answer here.
1. The Incredibles
2. The Iron Giant
3. Toy Story (any of the 3)
4. How to Train Your Dragon
5. The Secret of Nimh
HM: Aladdin, The Lion King, The Little Mermaid, Spirited Away and just about anything Studio Ghibli, and…anything that Pixar has done…literally anything could and should be in the top 5 of all time. That's saying something. Up, Wall-E, Ratatouille, Cars, Monsters Inc. etc. All amazing films.

Wow, I haven't seen any on your list, but then again my daughter is only 5 months old. I did watch the second half of Frozen on the movie channel last Saturday morning. Man is that movie overrated. Its just a typical formulaic Disney movie. I have no idea why it was hyped so.
Lion King is probably tops for me and can't think of any else that really stand out as top movies.
Lego Movie - would watch it alone more than once and my kids love it.
Frozen - i would argue its the oppisite of formulaic, It entirely avoids the needing a prince cliche. Also if you missed the first half you missed the entire start of the plot and mot of the good music which is pretty important to the enjoyment of the movie
Lion King
Toy Story 3
Finding Nemo
According to my children (6 and nearly 8). The order is stream of consciousness random.
1) Frozen
2) How To Train Your Dragon (with a very forceful "The first one NOT the second one" from my daughter)
3) LEGO Movie (we watched again this weekend...so many little things you miss the first few times around. Will Arnett and Chris Pratt did a tremendous job with the voice acting).
4) Toy Story 3 ("though the other two are really really good to")
"Okay kids you are down to one more pick"
"Despicable Me, no, Mega Mind, no Despicable Me 2"
So let's call it....5) Despicable Mind 1.5.
"what about Brave and Tangled?" "ooo daddy those are really good to...."
The Following User Says Thank You to ernie For This Useful Post:
Fantasia (although you could argue it's not specifically a kids' movie)
Wallace and Gromit: Curse of the Were-Rabbit (stop-motion is still animation)
Up (see Fantasia comments)
Monsters, Inc.
Nightmare Before Christmas
