Official Iggy Cup Countdown Thread [9!]
Since we won't be able to throw our collective support behind whatever team that is playing Vancouver this spring, I think it is safe to assume that the majority of us will be cheering on Jarome Iginla and his Boston Bruins to capture hockey's holy grail this coming June. Love how the board has jumped on the Iginla love-train again. Some of us have been here the whole time, but remember last season and early this season, when the vocal "Meh, I don't give a **** what happens to him now that he's not a Flame" guys, kind of dominated the board? Sad times, but thankfully those guys are pretty silent now.

I think they must be a wee-bit annoyed having that great a season and now facing the likes of a detroit team that has been on fire of late, not to mention getting healthy. This is going to be a long series, but fun as hell to watch.

Let's go iggy! Win it for us! We're all pulling for you. Hate that the bruins had to play the red wings in the first round... Toughest match up in the east the bruins could have gotten. People seem to underestimate the wings too much these days.

We still owe the Bruins a heapful of gratitude for saving hockey 3 years ago.
Iggy would alredy have a cup if he chose the right team last year.

I'm not a bruins fan, I can't stand Marchand , chara is a good defenceman but goes after much smaller guys and rag dolls them but Iggy is defiantly worth cheering for them
