Looking For Good Stable Webspace

Does anyone know of a good cheap webspace host that has really good stable servers? Currently I'm hosted at imperialregistrar.ca(now irdhost.com) and although their new packages include alot of webspace and bandwidth I wasnt impressed with how much my site was down thoughout the year. I'm going to be using the webspace to host my game art portfolio so I dont want to have to worry about it being down all the time.

I use ipowerweb.net. Very little downtime over the last 2 years. Great service as well. Live chat available to get the problem delt with ASAP. I can't remember how much it is, but I believe I'm paying around $8 US a month on a yearly package.

The Moose website is hosted on www.blacksun.ca

We have a ridiculous amount of traffic and have never been down for more than 10 minutes at a time (and even that is rare... as in once every six months).

I've gone from the 'Multimedia' hosting plan ($30/month) to now using the 'Empire' ($125/month) and it's been good at all levels. I think it's something like 15% the cost of what it would be if MTS hosted us.
