Office workers- What snack is a must have in your stash?
At work I have to have these things at all times:
Dried edamame
Smoked almonds
Some piece of fresh fruit
Diet Coke/Water/Mug for Latte
Pretzels
Altoids
If any of these items are missing during the day I feel like I am missing something.
What are the best office snacks to get you through the day?

I keep plain cashews in my desk and snack on a handful or two between breakfast and lunch.

A bulk bag of nut mix and pieces of fruit for the morning, and a greek yogurt / banana for right before I go to the gym after work. Great way to bridge the munchies throughout your meals.

Dry roasted, unsalted almonds and raisins. 50/50 mix is always great to have on hand.

Same. I'll have a cup of coffee before work and then have water throughout the day. If I have any sort of food aside from my lunch sitting around I'd be eating all day.

If you use, like, a tablespoon of vegetable oil, scramble the eggs, add some green onions, shredded carrots, onions and then fry it all together and top with Sriracha you'd have a pretty tasty fried rice without adding a lot of extra calories, considering the bulk is already in the rice and eggs.
Unless you prefer eating it that way for other reasons, but rice and hard boiled eggs seems unnecessarily bland.
