Barry Zito has the lowest ERA of all 4 starters. Scary.

Terrible defense then Johnson floats one down the middle. 2-1 Giants.

That has to be one of the worst calls I have seen in a long time. I don't even think Scutaro had his foot on 2nd never mind the ball flying out of the glove. WOW! Looking at that replay that is an awful call, how could he say he was trying to pull the ball out of his glove when he wasn't even looking at Scutaro?

Never touched 2nd or had control of ball. Yet it's an out. #umpshow

You know when Scutaro is rolling his eyes in the dugout even he knew it was a garbage call.

I think the line drive double play call was actually correct. Ball in glove and foot on bag on a force play. Ground can't cause a fumble, right?
Thought Johnson looked great and Lincecum looked a bit better, his curveball was amazing.
Don't mind losing these too much other than the bad defense.

Except his foot didn't even touched the bag. Watched it 10x thanks to MLB.tv. It was a BS call.

I thought it was the whole "maintain possession throughout" sort of things. Like if an outfielder dives, 'catches' the ball while he is still in the air, hits the ground and the ball pops out, then its no catch.
Same thing happened with Marco there, just he's not in the outfield.

Ha Ha, Dickey doubles in an RBI.
Dickey scores run, 2-0.
Zito walked a batter with Dickey on deck, and all hell broke loose. 4-0 now, top of 5th.
