For canadian viewers, all four OOT games are on national television, Centre Ice is not required.

The Leafs-Lightning and Blackhawks-Oilers games are part of a TSN doubleheader.

The Kings-Red Wings and Sharks-Coyotes games are part of a NBCSN and TSN2 doubleheader.

Game began at 1700h

The Leafs can finish as high as second place and as low
as eighth place. After one period, it is 1-0 Leafs.

Game of the night here. Detroit must win this game to
be in control of their playoff destiny. The Kings look to
play better than they did yesterday to remain in fourth
place. Scoreless midway through the first period.

The Coyotes are out of the race, the Sharks are in a
tight race for fourth place with the Kings and Blues.
Two consecutive nights to watch the Sharks is great, the
problem is having to listen to Drew Remenda. This guy
does not know what he is talking about most of the time.

1-1. Goal from Stamkos. He's now two goals behind Ovechkin.

After one period, it is still scoreless between the Kings and Red Wings. Detroit leads 13-4 in shots, Quick is keeping this game close.

Couple other interesting outcomes for tonights game.

A point by Pheonix means we cannot catch them even if we win out
A San Jose puts them 3 pts up on St Louis

Desired outcome San Jose in overtime

A los Angeles win puts them 3 points up on St Louis

Desired outcome Los Angeles win

A tampa loss assures they will finish below the flames
A leafs win puts them ahead of St Louis at even games

Desired outcome Leafs in overtime

I dont think Tampa will win their last two so I perfer the leafs to win to make the St Louis pick better

An Edmonton win puts them ahead of us
A Chicago loss means their games are still meaningful

Desired outcome Edmonton Win

If Tampa wins tonight and against Florida and the Flames lose the next two, they'd be tied with 42 points and 19 wins. Since they didn't play each other this season, does it go to Goal Differential?

In that case I think Calgary finishes ahead of Tampa since Calgary would have 19 ROW while Tampa would have 18 ROW.

ROW = Regulation + Overtime Wins

Kyle Clifford scores, 1-0 Kings.

After two periods, the stinkin' Leafs tied it up at 2-2 late in the second period.

All I know is that the Oilers probably won't win again this season since they're the worst team in the history of sport.

The chances of Tampa passing us are slim to none. We hold the tie breaker as well.

I don't think that I have ever personally been so invested in another conference's points at the bottom.

Do we? I thought tie breaker went wins-row-vsrecord-scoring diff.

If that's the case. We would seed in the better spot based on the 4th tie breaker
