This kind of crap pisses me off to no end. It is nobody's business what I or anybody else does on their own time. Especially when it comes to pot smoking.
If you get caught smoking at work, then you probably deserve to lose your job.
But as a hard working, tax paying family man, I find testing for marijuana extremely offensive and unjust. Smoking weed in the evening does not affect someone the next day. If anything, they get a good night sleep.
There are beer ads everywhere and even a freaking BEERFEST coming up. This is acceptable even with all the problems alcoholism presents?

Not at all, as I've said, I would rather start with LA over any of the other WC playoff teams. Bunch of underachievers who look good on paper but don't even deserve to be in the playoffs.
I have nothing against adults who smoke marijuana in a responsible manner, but designating a day or time of day for it every year is stupid. Especially when I hear stories about people going out of their way to do it at 4:20pm and then have to drive home after.
The "pot culture" is the worst thing to happen to the legalization movement.
