Default [OOT] April 19 - 4 games

With Jack Bauer hunting down a Chechen terrorist in Boston, the authorities have cancelled/postponed the Pitts/Boston game, leaving us with:

NYR v BUFF

DAL v STL

NASH v CHI

EDM v COL

Seems like every time I really want a team to lose their next game it ends up being against Chicago.

Hoping for a 3-pointer in Colorado tonight with the Avs prevailing in the SO.

Hope Colorado-Edmonton goes to OT with Edmonton winning.

Avs are a tough team to catch and with the crap the Oilers throw out there they are a threat to finish below us. Would prefer some distance between us and them.

We're not catching the Avs and they're after Jones anyway. Better an Oilers win and who cares how it happens. Of course this is probably the night the Avs show up.

5 goals in the last 3 minutes of play against the Sabres. (3 at the end of period, 2 at the start of next).

Buffalo, with a win, could actually get themselves into the race for 8th, even though it would still be a longshot.

So what do they do? Give up 3 goals in the last 75 seconds of the first priod.

Edit: and then another goal 75 seconds into the second

Edit 2: 5-0 2 goals in under 2 minutes to start he second

I hope Sabres won't decide to tank when they realise that their playoff dreams are slipping away.

I'd love to see the reaction of a Sabres fan who missed the last minute of the period and the first minute of the next doing some errand in the intermission. Heading out, 0-0, coming back 5-0.

The Rangers-Sabres game is on NHL Network USA and TSN.
The Rangers look to solidify eighth place with the win and be up
two points on the ninth place Jets. It is 6-0 Rangers.

at

A big game for both teams in the tight western conference.
Both teams played last night, a good game to watch if you
have Centre Ice. This is the OOT game of the night.
