The LA Kings have traded Jeff Petry and their 2nd round pick in the 2014 draft to the Dallas Stars in exchange for T.J. Brodie and star prospect Griffin Reinhart.

In addition, the Kings have also traded Ryan Suter and Kyle Palmieri to the New York Rangers in exchange for Karl Alzner, Cody Hodgson, and Brandon Prust.
