I'm gutted that the Canada-USA soccer match is in Manchester, since I've got tickets to Wembley tonight for the other semi-final (France/Japan). Thought I was going to see Canada.

Trade with a Japanese or French person if you can find one. Probably not that easy, but it's worth a try.

I would try to do that if the Canada match wasn't in another city! Mango will you be at the FRA-JPN match tonight? Keep an eye out for me and my brother. I will wearing my Expo 86 shirt (not my bear costume as originally planned had Canada been playing).

Adam Van Koeverden dominated his K1 qualifying heat. Dare I say he might be in contention for some ore.

Hope to see you there. I'm really choked this isn't the Canada/USA. It's hard to say what kind of mood I'm going to be in now

Don't worry this is Olympic boxing. Anybody can still win with the inconsistencies of the judges and the referees. The only sure bet to lose the fight is if the boxer goes down for the KO.

Wow, look, I never want to use the word choke but when you're the three time world champion in a physical sport, you come out and impose dominance on your opponent. She basically got her ass kicked.

That was the right decision...Spencer barely even boxed. Not very good at all.

I think Spencer went to the Calgary Flames school of boxing. One good period (round) and then just stopped fighting.

Alright that's enough from women's boxing already. I am all for gender equity, but these fights have been terrible.

Hopefully it's not an Olympic event for long.

It seemed like she was half-asleep, or hungover. Just a very strange fight.

France - Japan semi-final is amazing - tune in if you can, the French are playing a frenetic pace of soccer and Japan is barely hanging onto the lead.
