I don't see the comparisons Flash, and I'm not an Oktoberfest kinda guy either.
Oktoberfest is a 200 year old festival, it's a two week long fair. 4:20 is just some silly random time stoners came up with to say "whoa man.." together.

4:20 was the time a bunch of high school stoners would meet by a statue of Louis Pasteur to go and search for an abandoned weed crop during the magical fall of 1971 in San Rafael, California. So instead of getting baked and eating burritos at 4:20 in the afternoon, they would meet and then split up to go find a field of dope.
