The Republik??
How hard is it to get into a concert at the republik if you're underage? I'm 16, and my favorite band, Bombay Bicycle Club, is performing there, do you think if I just hand over my license that they won't verify if I'm 18? I really wanna meet the band and watch them perform! How do I get in?

Of course they won't verify it.
Even more, make sure your license is all in bold letters like your post and jump up to the security guy screaming "OMG this is my favorite band evar!!!1!!". No way they'll question you are 18 then.

obviously they take the ID and don't check the year you were born in. Should get a fake ID with the name McLovin, that'll work...

They'll probably let you in if you really want to meet the band.

You should be fine. I don't think most bouncers know that you need to be born before 1994 to be 18. It's not like it's their job or anything to check.

Sneak in with another 16 year old on your shoulders.
Also, have him wear a VERY long trenchcoat.
Every bouncer falls for that one.
