In the dirty SE and power has been out for about 25 minutes...hope it comes back before the Flames game.

I'm in the NW (Citadel) and the power went out for about 3 minutes before coming back on. I know someone who lives in Springbank and his neighbour's roof blew off the house. This wind is crazy!

Power to south center mall went out just after 11 and I got a tweet that the Deerfoot superstore had the same thing happen

Yuh, ive been getting lots of UPS notifications of brown outs at our office building in SW. Stupid wind, I have to go into work if power goes out.
Edit- Thanks to the APC notification system, I can get hundreds of emails on days like today.

Still without power southwest of the city and the neighbours and me have been losing shingles off our roofs. Big wind.
On the plus side its toasty and I've been outside shovelling tons of dry leaves up and into the wind, watching them sail majestically away into the field.
