Online Poker Coming to a Halt?
Can't believe I haven't seen this posted yet. I'm at work so I haven't been able to try to access my account... but looks like that's $40 I'll never see again

Yup, you go to those websites, and you get the FBI's logo. Interesting indeed.

Wow.....I was wondering why I couldn't log on to PokerStars today. Unreal news.
My account was severely low(lost a crap load on Tuesday night), so i'm more pissed off about not being able to play anymore than the 3 dollars I had left in there.

That's BS, anyone try logging into their pokerstars account? partypoker.com is still up. As far as I knew these sites are located in gibraltor. Here's a story on it:

I knew american players were not being allowed to play on most sites but why punish the international customers of these sites where it is legal to play in our countries?

Wow, what a useful show of power by the US government!
Thank you for protecting me from Big Poker, guys!
What happens to my money I had in there? I guess it's all considered proceeds of crime now?

You'll all be indicted by a grand jury.

Yeah I just checked again and their site seems to be back up again. Hopefully this only effects pokerstars in the USA. I'll probably cash out my $100 anyway and put it on my party poker account.

Are you connecting to the website, or logging into a client?
The domains have been seized, but if there are separate clients that connect via IP Address, you will still get through until the servers are shut down or the IP's redirected.

I'm connecting to the Poker Stars download. The domains are still up for me too...I don't see no FBI seizure notice.

If this happened during my peak days when I had $1,000+ in my account I'd be in a full blown panic - can't imagine the panic the guys with 6 figures in their account are going through. That would be awful

Really interesting. If I go to the sites, i.e.: http://www.fulltiltpoker.com, I get the domain seizure notice.
