I used to work at Earls when i was younger, i remember distinctly, i was in the office when i waitress came to the manager saying she just interviewed a girl for a waitress position. His first question was "Is she hot?" I laughed pretty hard but i remember there used to be SOOOOO many hot girls there. Now its kinda died off into slutsville. Not a fan.

Joey's on Barlow is my personal favourite. It's been a winner for a very long time.
Earls on Stephen was always very good too.

Favorite restaurant in Calgary. When I lived in Calgary I had a girlfriend that worked there and I never had any issues picking her up from work after going in for a few drinks and eye candy.

Not specifically.
Assuming similar price if we're talking 7.5 food and 10 waitresses vs 8/8.5 food and 7.5 waitresses I'll take the former 10 times out of 10.
Also, I would never drive way out of my way for hot waitresses.
