The Heat shake things up and assign D Josh Meyers, and F Ryley Grantham to the ECHL's Utah Grizzlies. Bryan Cameron is assigned to the Victoria Salmon Kings. Ryan MacMurchy from the Salmon Kings is signed to PTO.

What's the deal with Cameron? Is his lack of size a big detriment to his game? Anyone who watches the Heat and could fill me in would be greatly appreciated.

Playfair trying to play him as a 4th liner, which is not his type of game.

He's been out-performed by most of the guys ahead of him, though. He certainly had the chance to grab onto a higher spot with the glut of injuries in Abbotsford this year, but he hasn't cemented himself.

Not saying he has performed better then others, id of prefered him to be sent down to the ECHL earlier in the year for more minutes and perhaps brought up later in the year if he was playing good.
