Game management.

Flames were winning 2-0 so it's open season for the Canucks.

Yeah that is most definitely a penalty. Of course Sportsnet doesn't even mention it and Millen is pretty happy.

Millen is just terrible. Why do we have this loser for a home game?

Imagine if that was McDiver that got hooked like Anderson.

There'd be a fatality inquiry.

He was so excited. His allegiance was really showing there.

That's ok though, his team is done.

This has been the most dominant game we've played on a while. Maybe the boys aren't gripping the stick as tight now that everything is locked up.
Just go out, work on the little things and have some fun.

Not a single word and that’s about as easy of a call as there is. Go figure though, Canucks were down 2-0 so score effect officiating applies. Absolute trash.

Tkachuk just camping into Demko's lap. Love that from him, it's infuriating for the other teams.

You know what’s so impressive, IMO?

Hanifin is a top 25 D , in the NHL.

Kylington is moving in that direction, as is Andersson.

Tanev is an absolute STUD defensive stopper.

Gudbrandson and Zadorov are as physically imposing and competent as any 3rd pairing in the NHL.

Who would have predicted the above, in October, after losing Giordano?

Huge, if not the biggest reason for Flames success.

Yup, pretty dominant game by the Flames so far. Demko is the only reason his team is still in this one.

Yes, Kylington's progress filled a huge hole, and the Hanifin/Andersson pairing being capable of top D minutes, and the blossoming of Lindholm into a legit, no questions top center.... if this stuff doesn't happen, the team is stalled this year.

To be fair it’s a somewhat recent rule change. But whistle timing, even audibly, isn’t everything.
Crazy...
