We're owning their depth lines at least! Just like we should've last playoffs but didn't for some reason. NM's line doing their thing, but even their chances have been fairly limited.

Just keep it going.

Thought they looked pretty decent.
If they can keep that level of play up, I think we could possibly win.

Agreed. We were most effective as our forecheck gained steam.

If the Flames could stop “respecting” the Avs speed so much at the defensive zone blue line, they’d be controlling this game.

Not a bad effort at all. A slow start, and they’re still respecting the Avs too much - but get that forecheck going earlier in the 2nd and keep skating.

He didn’t though. He tried to kite him around the perimeter. He never stepped into Burakovsky. Gave him too much space and he got walked wide.
