It isn't Savard. Many people in the organization rave about how well he draws up plays and from what I understand what he teaches the team they do pretty much the opposite out there. Apparently he is extremely frustrated with this group, I wouldn't be surprised if he becomes an alcoholic from trying to teach these buffoons.

Is there a Lucic/Neal type trade we can get out from under Huberdeaus contract with? Despite his better 2024 stats this guy is just not an impact player in the least. Retain 4m in a trade for Johnny seems like a better option than riding this out.

If he keeps telling them to do things they can't do them that's pretty much he definition of a bad coach. Work with what you have.

I am pretty sure a junior B team can follow basic PP drills, these guys can't even gain the zone. Nobody on the planet could make the Flames PP good.
