The great thing about GOT is that any character can show up again, live or dead.
Stannis Baratheon coming back for the snow crown? Headless wight of Ned Stark to confirm Aegon Targaryen? Skeletor Ramsey Bolton with his pack of hungry ice doggos? Or maybe Zombie door stop Hodor?

I'm thinking that one might not be so far fetched. Bran doesn't seem to be phased by anything anymore, but the Night King ordering zombie Hodor to smash the doors of Winterfell might be the one thing to make him panic a bit
I'm looking forward to seeing the end of the show where Bran is the only one left alive and we get this long and ornate scene of him entering the throne room and then wheeling up to the Iron Throne and then being stopped by the stairs....
Sad face.....fade to black....credits.

So I'm rewatching GoT from season 1, and it looks great on a 70 in 4k TV. It really is a beautiful shot show. Worth it for that alone.
However, the way they've gradually scaled up the production values since the show took off is really evident when you go back to the first couple seasons. One of the obvious examples is how the Battle of the Whispering Wood had to take place off-screen because of how costly it would be. But I'm noticing other examples, like the royal hunt that consists of Robert and three other characters walking through the woods - with SE6 or SE7 production values we'd see a dozen huntsmen, beaters, dogs, crane shots, etc.
It'll be quite the jarring transition going from watching those early episodes to the spectacular we're going to see on Sunday.

Yeah, I think that unfortunately I'm going to be pirating Sunday's episode because Crave's quality has been garbage and I want to watch that episode in all it's 1080p glory.

Do you find it looks like garbage on a larger screen, or do you think it would look ok on a laptop? We're going to have to stream the finale on a laptop via Crave as we're on vacation. I'm wondering if I should look for another option.

Could be. I'm watching it on a 50" TV. The quality is a bit better when streaming through Chromecast but it doesn't quite "pop" the way the pirated stuff does.
I'll be very surprised if we see Daario in the show again.
Maybe he shows up with reinforcements at some point in eps 4-6 to help Dany prevail over the Golden Company after much of her army is decimated, as Cersei will surely try to extinguish the remnants of the threat.
If the dragons survive the dead conflict though, I imagine they'll just execute the dragon cheat code and fly straight to the red keep for some BBQ Cersei.
