This is my first week out of that hell. You need to do a 2 for 1 deal or a 3 for 2 just to lose a roster spot. Once you manage that you can bring up an expensive minor leaguer and bump your cap hit up. It's a tough field to plough until then!

Unfortunately I will be forced to resign from the league all together. I simply can't play a game of GM Connected without lagging extensively , and quite honestly it is not only unfair for my opposition but extremely annoying and hindering to myself.
I can play HUT, Online VS, and EASHL without any lag whatsoever. The problem appears to be "GM Connected" exclusive for whatever reason.
I enjoyed my time while it lasted.

I don't think you lag in the other modes because EA hooks you up with opponents in Europe.

I believe rule of thumb is contact your opponents on day 1. If no response is made on day 1 or day 2, you can do what you please.

That sounds reasonable ^
It's also good to remember that there is a fair share of people in the league that are sim only so finding them to play a game or enable CPU is not going to happen. Lots of people have different schedules and so far people have been very accommodating for me.
