It wouldn't have been "Exit" Wounds in that case...

Certainly seems like PR crisis firms are going to have a banner year. And you know there's more to come. Just so revolting.

it is really hard to wrap your head around a culture in holly wood that seemingly allows, encourages and possibly even condones this type of behavior to happen.
it will be interesting to see if anyone faces a trail or goes to jail over all of this

Well, time to replace my Under Siege 1 & 2 posters on my wall. Let me know if Stallone or Schwarzenegger are on the list Hollywood so I can do it all at once....

Worth noting Gawker was talking about Louis CK years ago. Lots of earlier reports that people ignored or didn't believe will be re-examined now I'd imagine.

I enjoy cheezy 80's and 90's action movies. This one is also up on my wall:

Pretty sure this isn't going to last, but I went to Louis C.K.s wikipedia page because I was curious about why "C.K.".
Opening paragraph was this (emphasis mine):
Louis C.K. (/ˈluːi ˌsiːˈkeɪ/; born Louis Székely; September 12, 1967)[1][2][a] is a rapist,[3] actor, writer, producer, director, and editor.[4] "C.K." is a phonetic simplification of his surname. C.K. began his career writing for several comedy shows in the 1990s and early 2000s for comedians, including David Letterman, Conan O'Brien, Dana Carvey, and Chris Rock. Also in this period, he was directing surreal short films and went on to direct two features—Tomorrow Night (1998) and Pootie Tang (2001)—before he starred in the short-lived HBO television sitcom Lucky Louie in 2006.Louis CK is known for frequently masturbating in front of female comedians, but not for masturbating into plants unlike other famous sexual abusers.

Just want to voice one thing here.
This isn't a Hollywood only problem. This exists in basically any and every industry you can imagine. There's a wave of it happening now--when you're a victim and you see others coming forward and being accepted, it encourages you to also come forward, hence this rush of revelations. But this is most certainly not just an issue in Hollywood.
It gets more airtime when the victims and the guilty are names you recognize, but this happens in politics, in education, in tech, in labor, etc, etc.

I haven't seen anyone claim it's only a Hollywood issue. But there are reasons why the entertainment industry is particularly vulnerable to this sort of abuse of power:
* Industry where most people are free agents who rely on personal relationships and recommendations for work.
* Ferociously competitive winner-take-all business where the top talent have 100x more money, power, and influence than the average people on the job.
* Industry where stars are not easily replaceable and routinely make outrageous demands of all sorts to satisfy their egos.
* Work environment where people are often in trailers and hotel rooms.
* Social environment where alcohol and drug abuse are common.
* Social environment where promiscuity and adultery are the norm (nobody remarks in wonder then a teacher or accountant has remained married to the same person for 15 years).
* People often working late hours away from home.

Let's be honest here. Anything with Stevan Seagal in it was terrible.
