Ogham is not only the best Korean fried chicken in the city, it’s the best fried chicken full-stop.

the boneless options at Ogam and Wow compel me to never settle for primitive bone-in chicken ever again

I've tried both Ogam and Wow. Ogam is superior in my opinion. But my favorite Korean fried chicken place is K-Town Fried Chicken. They have some great combos and side as well.
Try it.

Any good Korean fried chicken on the west side? Say near Aspen? Have a real hankering tonight.

Not Korean, but the local Fritou (West 85th) is run by a great family and put out really tasty chicken.

If you fancy a bit of a drive then Krispy Chicken in Cochrane is excellent.

Will have to try Ogam as it is within a reasonable take out distance. I find fried chicken is one of those things I have a maximum travel time for, too far and it gets soft and greasy. We've been hitting up Tu Go and Yum Yum for our COVID takeout chicken fixes, both have been pretty solid.

Grabbed a couple of pizzas from Pubblico tonight on the recommendation of people here. Have to be honest, they were not good at all. Worth a try I guess.

I tried Wow a while ago. I wasn’t too fond of it compared to Ogam or Olive. I think it was a combination of lacking flavour and too crunchy. That sounds weird, but it was mouth scratching and not worth the pain.

Update: it has just come to my attention that West Springs Korean favourite Myung Ga now has BONELESS FRIED CHICKEN
https://www.skipthedishes.com/myung-...ean-restaurant
Will be trying this weekend. If it’s anywhere in the same ballpark as Ogam/Wow/Yum Yum then this is a massive win for chicken starved westsiders. And if it isn’t, then I’ll still always have their amazing kimchi pancakes to fall back on.

Is it actually? I saw it here and thought it was some bottom-tier fast food chicken.
I'm going to try it tomorrow! I love Wow Chicken but it's a bit of a drive.

Proper Korean fried chicken. Try it - you won’t regret it. We usually get a half and half (original and spicy Korean) with a side of their spicy herb sauce as well. There’s not much left when we are done!!!

Do report back. It would be a game changer in the west side for sure.

I've never tried Myung Ga, but wanted to mention that A&P Chinese Food in the same complex is the best Chinese I've had in the area... Maybe it's time to switch up from some Korean chicken this weekend?
